Refund Policy

A per-event festival license may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, provided the festival has not been materially used (published, activated for participants, or otherwise put into operation). After that window, or once a festival has been materially used, fees are non-refundable, though we may at our discretion offer account credit toward a future event.

Add-on fees (e.g. SMS) are non-refundable to the extent already consumed.

If a festival is canceled due to circumstances beyond your reasonable control (force majeure), contact us and we will offer a goodwill credit; your festival's data is retained.
